Initial Setup Instructions
You will want to share your Outlook mail with your rep so they can view the folders you are about to set up. The video will walk you through on how to do this.
Contact MySFDomain (or your website provider) at
(877) 828-3131 to create 2 email addresses:
You can also do this by yourself by going to www.mysfdomain.com from your workstation. On the left hand side, choose Email, and then add these new emails in the center section. Make both of these email addresses go to the ATP Rep's email address.
** Like all redirects, these will not work internally. They only work if you send email to them from an outside email service such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
If your ATP rep will be working Auto Claims, Fire Claims, and assisting with New Customer onboarding, you will need to schedule a time to meet with them for a screenshare. There is about 30 minutes of setup required in ECRM, and only the agent can apply the settings. The ATP rep will know what to do, so share your screen and they will do the heavy lifting!
