Below are a few easy steps to complete before the workshop.

Step #1: Disclaimer (1 Minute – Everyone)

Please sign the electronic disclaimer below prior to class.  Please use your full email address including alias.

Step #2: Outlook Folders
(5-15 minutes – Agent Only)

Most agents have OhSoEasy installed in their Outlook to automatically filter emails to shared sub-folders in their mailbox.  If you do not have this already set up, reach out to your AFS and they should be able to assist.
We have a few SPEED Outlook Rules that will help the agent stay organized.  We need you to create the subfolders in Outlook for the emails to get filtered into.
Right Click “Shared Folders” and choose New Folder. Name it “Service.” Repeat and name the 2nd Folder “ZZZ – Follow Ups”. Repeat and name the 3rd Folder “SMPs”.
Right Click the “SMPs” Folder and create the following 4 subfolders
  • Claims
  • Defector
  • IFR
  • New Customer

Please set up these rules prior to class on your own – the video to the right walks you through the process.

You MUST use Chrome to Download the rules from this site, or save the attachment from your confirmation email to your desktop.


  1. Right Click Button Below
  2. Choose “Save Link As”
  3. Save the Outlook Rules file to your desktop.

**If you cannot get the rules to work on your own, please send us an email with screenshots of your issue.
There is NO support from our team after the class for setting up these rules.

Step #3: Email Redirects (2-5 Minutes – Agent Only)

Contact MySFDomain (or your website provider) at
(877) 828-3131 to create 2 email addresses:


You can also do this by yourself by going to from your workstation. On the left hand side, choose Email, and then add these new emails in the center section.  Make both of these email addresses go to the agent’s email address.  We will cover the reason behind this process during class.

** Like all redirects, these will not work internally. They only work if you send email to them from an outside email service such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.

Step #4: ECRM List Views
(5-15 Minutes – Agent + BOD Person)

Go to this page and set up custom ECRM Lists to work the BOD Efficiently.  We will train on these lists during class.

Step #5: Review Top 10 Tech Tips

Go to this page and review the Technology Tips! We have guided videos for you to follow along. We will go over these tips during the class, although we don’t want anyone to get left behind!  In fact, you can skip the last hour of class if you follow the videos ahead of time.

Review these Tech Tips, and save any questions you have for Q&A during the class.
